Flanges and adapters are the part people skip and then regret — running a wheel without a properly matched safety flange is how wheels wobble, wear unevenly, or fail while spinning at speed.

Our CNC-machined aluminium safety flanges are two-piece, self-centring sets that clamp the wheel evenly around its centre bore. Match the flange size to your wheel's centre — 2″ centres for 6″/152mm wheels, 3″ centres for 10″/254mm wheels. Using the wrong size flange leaves the wheel loose and off-balance, which shows up as chatter marks in your finish.

The arbour extension adds reach when you need to get a wheel further out from the grinder head — handy for tight spaces around brackets, mounts, or recessed panels where the tool body itself is in the way.
