About these terms

These terms apply to all orders placed through highwayshineco.com.au, operated by Hunter Valley Detailing Supplies Pty Ltd (ABN 50 680 177 262) trading as Highway Shine Co. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — and will refund you in full — where the item is out of stock, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

Pricing and description errors

We take care with our listings, but errors happen. Where an obvious error has occurred we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

Product images

Product photographs are indicative. Colours, packaging and manufacturer labelling may vary between batches without affecting the specification of the product.

Safe use of products

Buffing wheels, flanges, abrasives and polishing compounds are for use by people competent in their operation. Always observe the maximum rated speed of buffing wheels, use the correct flange or adapter for the wheel centre, and wear appropriate eye, hand and respiratory protection.

We are not responsible for injury, loss or damage arising from misuse, use at excessive speed, or use of incompatible fittings. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
