Shipping policy
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment clearing. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays. If an item is unexpectedly delayed, we will contact you.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide. Shipping is calculated on the total weight of your order at checkout:

Local pickup
Local pickup is free and is available by arrangement from Maitland NSW 2320. Select Pickup at checkout instead of entering a delivery address.
After placing your order, please call or SMS us on 0428 767 461 to arrange a collection time that suits both you and us. We will provide the exact collection address when your pickup is arranged.
We are an online business and do not operate a walk-in shopfront, so please do not travel to collect an order before a time has been agreed with us.
Carriers and delivery times
We ship with Australia Post, TNT and Aramex, and choose the carrier that best suits the size and destination of your order.
Once your order leaves us, delivery time is in the hands of the carrier. Transit times vary by destination and we are not able to guarantee a delivery date. You will receive tracking details by email at dispatch so you can follow your order and see the carrier's own current estimate.
If you need an order by a particular date, contact us before you buy and we will tell you what is realistic.
Delivery addresses
We deliver to residential and business addresses Australia-wide.
PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers: we can deliver to a PO Box or Parcel Locker where your order can be sent via Australia Post. Larger and heavier items ship by courier, which cannot deliver to a PO Box. If you order one of these to a PO Box we will contact you for a street address before dispatch.
Lost or undelivered orders
If your tracking has not moved for several days, or your order has not arrived in a reasonable time, contact us and we will trace it with the carrier. If it cannot be located, we will replace or refund it.
Shipping to New Zealand
We ship to New Zealand with Australia Post International. Choose International Standard (typically 5–10 business days, tracked) or International Express (typically 3–6 business days, tracked with signature on delivery) at checkout. Rates are calculated on the total weight of your order and shown in Australian dollars:

Delivery times are Australia Post's estimates to metropolitan areas and do not include time in customs. Rural deliveries can take longer.
Customs, duties and GST: orders are shipped from Australia with a customs declaration. New Zealand Customs does not usually charge duty or GST on consignments valued at NZ$1,000 or less. For orders above NZ$1,000, New Zealand Customs may collect GST, duty and a processing fee from you before delivery. These charges are set by the New Zealand Government, are not included in our prices or shipping rates, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Items we cannot send to New Zealand: a small number of products cannot travel by air post and are available within Australia only. These products will not show New Zealand shipping options at checkout.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including our faulty-goods and damaged-in-transit remedies, apply to New Zealand orders in the same way as Australian orders.
