Shipping policy
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment clearing. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays. If an item is unexpectedly delayed, we will contact you.
Shipping rates
We ship Australia-wide. Shipping is calculated on the total weight of your order at checkout:

Local pickup
Local pickup is free and is available by arrangement from Maitland NSW 2320. Select Pickup at checkout instead of entering a delivery address.
After placing your order, please call or SMS us on 0428 767 461 to arrange a collection time that suits both you and us. We will provide the exact collection address when your pickup is arranged.
We are an online business and do not operate a walk-in shopfront, so please do not travel to collect an order before a time has been agreed with us.
Carriers and delivery times
We ship with Australia Post, TNT and Aramex, and choose the carrier that best suits the size and destination of your order.
Once your order leaves us, delivery time is in the hands of the carrier. Transit times vary by destination and we are not able to guarantee a delivery date. You will receive tracking details by email at dispatch so you can follow your order and see the carrier's own current estimate.
If you need an order by a particular date, contact us before you buy and we will tell you what is realistic.
Delivery addresses
We deliver to residential and business addresses Australia-wide.
PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers: we can deliver to a PO Box or Parcel Locker where your order can be sent via Australia Post. Larger and heavier items ship by courier, which cannot deliver to a PO Box. If you order one of these to a PO Box we will contact you for a street address before dispatch.
Lost or undelivered orders
If your tracking has not moved for several days, or your order has not arrived in a reasonable time, contact us and we will trace it with the carrier. If it cannot be located, we will replace or refund it.
International orders
We currently ship within Australia only.
