Aluminium bullbars, fuel tanks, wheels, toolboxes, steps, and checker plate all polish differently to a flat panel — awkward angles, tank curves, and years of road grime and oxidation to cut through before you even get to the finish.

The process is the same fundamentals as any aluminium polish job — sand if it's pitted or scratched, heavy cut compound and wheel to shift oxidation, medium cut to refine, then a flannel wheel with a fine compound for the mirror finish — but truck parts often need smaller wheels and extensions to get into tight spots around mounts, brackets, and tank fittings.
