A complete aluminium polishing kit for anyone starting out with machine polishing. It takes truck alloy, aluminium and stainless steel from dull and oxidised to a mirror finish in three stages, with every wheel and compound already matched, so you don't have to work out what to buy separately.

The Three Stages — Recommended Wheel & Compound Combinations

Stage 1 — Cut: Red Heavy Cut Wheel + 439T Compound
For the initial cutting stage on heavily oxidised, marked, or properly prepared and sanded metal.

Stage 2 — Colour: Untreated Wheel + 439T Compound
The softer untreated wheel makes the same 439T bar behave less aggressively. This is the colouring stage — it lifts the marks left by the red heavy-cut wheel and brings up the lustre.

Stage 3 — Finish: Flannel Finishing Wheel + 480BLF Finish Bar
Light pressure only. This is the finishing stage, bringing the metal up to a high-gloss shine.

A simple starting setup with the essential gear you need to cut, colour and finish — just add your sanding/preparation products if required.
