Sanding Discs 80 Grit (100 Pack)
Premium quality aluminium oxide velcro-backed discs. The tough, flexible film substrate resists edge tearing common on paper-backed discs. This is our coarsest grit — for heavy pitting, rust, and deep damage before working up through finer grits.

How To Use: Only use 80 grit if the surface genuinely needs it — heavy pitting, rust, or deep gouges. Once the damage is levelled, move up through 180, then 320 and finer, before switching to buffing wheels and compound. Starting coarser than necessary just means more work refining out the scratch pattern later.
